to submit quotations for the supply of office equipment to support its daily office functions.
The supplies are expected to be of high quality and delivered promptly based on scheduled
requests.

Introduction
The Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) was established in the United Kingdom
in 1997 and registered in Nigeria in 1999 as an independent, not-for-profit, research, training,
advocacy and capacity-building organisation. The purpose was to mobilise global opinion
and resources for democratic development and provide an independent space to reflect
critically on the challenges posed to the democratisation and development processes in West
Africa. Our goal is to serve as the ultimate catalyst in the transformation of the West African
sub-continent into an integrated, economically vibrant and democratically governed
community that assures holistic security to the population and is capable of permanent
peaceful conflict management.


JOB LOCATION: ABUJA, NIGERIA
SCOPE OF SUPPLY


Interested vendors should be able to supply a range of items, including but not limited to:

1. Long HDMI Cable 1 set
2. Extension Sockets 6 pieces
3. Logitech Group video conferencing device 1 set
4. View Sonic Projector & Black screen 1
5. Conference Table and Chairs (to seat at least 10
persons) 1 set
6. Starlink Standard Kit (V4) 1 set


ELIGIBILITY
Prospective vendors must meet the following criteria:
1. Must be a registered business in Nigeria (evidence of CAC certificate).
2. Evidence of experience in supplying similar goods to reputable organisations.
3. Possession of a current Tax Clearance Certificate.
4. Ability to provide timely delivery to Abuja.
5. Demonstrated ability to offer consistent supply with reliable customer support.
6. Provide product warranty.

REQUIREMENT
Interested and eligible suppliers are required to submit a proposal which includes:

1. Quotation for the listed items, including unit prices and total cost on your letter
headed paper or quotation invoice.
2. (CAC) Certificate or any proof of business registration.
3. Evidence of similar past supply contracts.
4. Tax Clearance Certificate (current).
5. Delivery timelines.

Request for Quotation Closing Date
All proposals must be submitted on or before June 25, 2025. Submissions received after the
deadline will not be considered.

Method of Submission
All proposals should be emailed to: procurement@cddwestafrica.org using “SUPPLY OF
Office Equipment – ABUJA” in capital letters as the email subject.
