The Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) was established in the United Kingdom in 1997 and registered in Nigeria in 1999 as an independent, not-for-profit, research, training, advocacy and capacity-building organisation. The purpose was to mobilise global opinion and resources for democratic development and provide an independent space to reflect critically on the challenges posed to the democratisation and development processes in West Africa. Our goal is to serve as the ultimate catalyst in the transformation of the West African sub-continent into an integrated, economically vibrant and democratically governed community that assures holistic security to the population and is capable of permanent peaceful conflict management.
As part of its operational needs, CDD West Africa invites reputable vendors, car dealerships, or authorised automobile suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of Foreign-Used Toyota Corolla (2012–2013 models) and Foreign-Used Toyota Hilux (2012–2016 models) for official use. to support its daily office functions. The supplies are expected to be of high quality and delivered promptly based on scheduled requests.

Vendor Submission Requirements
Interested vendors should submit:
- Company profile and contact details
- Detailed vehicle information: Year, colour, mileage, engine capacity, transmission, VIN
- Full condition report (engine, body, suspension, AC, tyres)
- Price quotation (₦), inclusive of all applicable costs
- Pictures of the vehicle (front, rear, interior, dashboard, engine)
- Delivery timeline
- Warranty details (if any)
ELIGIBILITY
Prospective vendors must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a registered business in Nigeria (evidence of CAC certificate).
- Evidence of experience in supplying similar goods to reputable organisations.
- Possession of a current Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Ability to provide timely delivery to Abuja.
- Demonstrated ability to offer consistent supply with reliable customer support.
- Provide product warranty.
Submission Deadline
All quotations must be submitted not later than January 26th, 2026.

OFFICE VEHICLE – ABUJA” in capital letters as the email subject.
