The Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) invites your companies and business to submit a quotation for the supply of the following office consumables.

Quotation Requirements

Vendors are requested to provide:
1. Unit and total price (inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs).
2. Delivery period (from date of purchase order).
3. Warranty/guarantee details (if applicable).
4. Validity period of quotation (minimum 30 days preferred).
5. Payment terms.

 

Eligibility Requirements:

Interested vendors must provide the following documents:
1. Certificate of business registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
3. Evidence of previous similar supplies (e.g., receipts, purchase orders, or completion certificates).

Submission Guidelines:

- Quotations must clearly state the unit cost and total cost of each item.
- All quotations should be submitted by email to: procurement@cddwestafrica.org.
- The deadline for submission is 5:00 PM, September 11, 2025.
- Only quotations received within the stipulated period will be considered.

CDD reserves the right to verify all documents and reject incomplete submissions. Only successful vendors will be contacted.
