The Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) invites your companies and businesses to submit a quotation for the supply of the following toner cartridges:

Quotation Requirements

Vendors are requested to provide:
1. Unit and total price (inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs).
2. Delivery period (from date of purchase order).
3. Warranty/guarantee details (if applicable).
4. Validity period of quotation (minimum 30 days preferred).
5. Payment terms.

Vendor Eligibility Requirements

Interested vendors must also submit:
1. Evidence of company registration (CAC certificate or equivalent).
2. Tax Identification Number (TIN) and proof of tax compliance.
3. Company profile showing relevant experience in supply of office equipment/consumables.
4. Evidence of authorized dealership/partnership (if applicable) with OEMs or distributors.

Submission

- Quotations must clearly state the unit cost and total cost of each item.
- All quotations should be submitted by email to: procurement@cddwestafrica.org.
- The deadline for submission is 5:00 PM, September 11, 2025.
- Only quotations received within the stipulated period will be considered.

CDD reserves the right to verify all documents and reject incomplete submissions. Only successful vendors will be contacted.
