CDD is updating its vendor database and hereby invites reputable, qualified, and experienced
vendors, service providers, and consultants to express interest in providing goods, services, and
technical expertise in various areas of our operations.

Categories of Interest

Interested parties may apply under one or more of the following categories:
A. Professional Services and Technical Support
 Strategic Planning and Development
 Technical Advisory Services
 Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
 Capacity Building and Training
 Grants Administration and Management
 Consultancy Services (Research, Policy Analysis, Advocacy Support, etc.)

 Office Supplies and Equipment
 Printing and Branding
 Hotel and Accommodation
 Transportation and Vehicle Hire
 Catering Services

C. Civil Works and Infrastructure Development
 Civil Engineering and Construction Services
 Infrastructure Development Projects
 Repairs and General Maintenance
 Artisans (Welders, AC Technicians, Vehicle Mechanics, Carpenters, Plumbers,

Submission Requirements

Interested vendors are required to submit the following documents:
 Company Profile with full contact details
 Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) or other relevant
authority
 Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and evidence of tax compliance
 Portfolio or list of previous clients and relevant work experience
 Specific categories of interest
 Any additional certifications, licenses, or references relevant to the services offered
